Job Description:

Location: This position requires the candidate to be onsite 50% of the time in the Bothell, WA location.

Senior Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support enterprise-level initiatives. This role is responsible for leading projects end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, schedule, and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through implementation
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones
• Own project financials, including budgeting and forecasting
• Track progress and ensure alignment with scope, cost, schedule, and quality goals
• Lead change management efforts throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare and deliver project documentation, status reports, and budget updates
• Collaborate with stakeholders and drive clear communication across teams

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Senior Project Manager in an enterprise environment
• Strong experience with project financial management, including budgeting and forecasting
• Experience with documentation management or observability-related projects
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, and Word

Pay Range: $70.00 – $80.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
