TRC 's client a well-established general contractor specializing in ground-up and renovation multifamily construction
projects, and they are looking for a Construction Manager on a full time, direct hire basis.

Role Responsibilities
• Oversee all aspects of multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Lead coordination between owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with safety programs, OSHA standards, and quality requirements
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Conduct regular project meetings and reporting to stakeholders
• Review and approve change orders, RFIs, submittals, and contractor invoices
• Mentor and develop Project Engineers, Assistant PMs, and other project staff
• Drive continuous improvement in project processes, scheduling, and cost control
What We’re Looking For
• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in multifamily construction
• Proven experience managing wood-frame, podium, wrap, or garden-style multifamily projects
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with construction management software (Procore, MS Project, Buildertrend, or similar)
