Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction

The Senior Project Manager will lead major commercial construction projects from initial planning through final turnover, ensuring successful execution across schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.

• Provide overall leadership for large ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Manage project teams, including Project Managers, Engineers, Superintendents, and key stakeholders.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control, procurement, and contract administration.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure milestone achievement.
• Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive risk management, quality assurance, and safety performance across all phases of construction.
• Support business objectives through strategic project delivery and team development.

For the Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction we are seeking:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 8-15 years of experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale ground-up commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Demonstrated success managing complex projects with significant budgets and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership experience directing cross-functional project teams and subcontractors.
• Advanced knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost controls, contracts, and construction operations.
• Experience working on complex commercial projects such as corporate, healthcare, institutional, industrial, hospitality, or large mixed-use developments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and client management skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop project teams while driving accountability and results.
