Our client is an established commercial construction firm with more than two decades of success delivering high-quality projects across New Hampshire, Southern Maine, and Northern Massachusetts. Job Description
Lead construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to keep work on track. Oversee project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards. Manage project resources, including personnel and materials, efficiently and effectively. Communicate progress and updates to clients and senior management. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes.

The Successful Applicant
Manage 2-3 construction projects concurrently with values ranging from $1M to $15M. Lead projects through the full lifecycle, from preconstruction handoff through closeout. Coordinate project schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and subcontractor performance. Maintain communication with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Monitor project financials and ensure projects remain on budget and on schedule. Resolve project challenges proactively while maintaining quality and safety standards. Oversee both ground-up construction and renovation projects across commercial markets. Utilize Procore and Microsoft Office to manage project documentation, reporting, and communication. Travel to project sites throughout New Hampshire, Southern Maine, and Northern Massachusetts as required.
