Description

The Project Manager will report into senior leadership and play a critical role in the successful delivery of commercial construction projects ranging from $5M to $50M. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of larger, more complex builds while helping shape the future growth of the business.

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and overall project execution plans
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure project success
• Lead project financials, forecasting, cost control, and contract administration
• Utilize Procore and other construction management software to drive efficiency and reporting
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality, safety, and schedule objectives
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle

Profile

For the Project Manager role, we are seeking:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
• Proven experience managing projects valued between $5M and $50M+
• Strong preconstruction knowledge including budgeting, estimating review, scheduling, and planning
• Experience utilizing Procore and modern construction management technology
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Client-facing experience with the ability to confidently lead project meetings
• Strong understanding of contracts, project financials, and change order management
• Demonstrated history of career stability and professional progression
• Ability to remain composed under pressure while leading multiple project priorities
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and solutions-focused approach

Job Offer

• Base salary: $120,000 - $150,000
