Job Details
- Lead PMs, ensure project quality/client satisfaction/operational consistency, identify/resolve issues, verify sub schedules/lead times, control project accuracy/scope details/costs/profit margins, assign work/sequencing/scheduling, and client/vendor/sub relationships
- Coordinate with field team, team work performance/expectations, docs, lead meetings, deliverables, reviews, financial reporting, contracts, and safety
- Projects include luxury/high-end custom homes, mostly ground-ups that are $5M-$10M+ each
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience as a PM or higher at a general contractor on luxury/custom home projects
- Background of coming up through the ranks from the field and field knowledge
- Strong personal/communication skills and attention to detail
