Description

  • Manage all aspects of data center construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality and timely execution of work.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Profile

  • Experience delivering data center retrofit projects
  • Background working for a general contractor on commercial, industrial, mission‑critical, or data center work
  • Ability to manage full project lifecycle, from preconstruction through closeout
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with comfort presenting to executives
  • Thrives in a fast‑growth, high‑autonomy environment with minimal red tape
