Lead project execution including schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors. Develop and maintain project schedules while proactively identifying risks and solutions. Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams during project planning. Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure successful project delivery. Facilitate project meetings and communicate updates with key stakeholders. Utilize industry-leading construction technology and project management processes. Experience working for a general contractor. Strong background managing ground-up or complex renovation projects. Ability to manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders. A passion for technology, innovation, and continuous improvement. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
