  • Manage all phases of heavy civil projects, including sitework, utilities, paving, and drainage<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Lead the estimating process: prepare final estimates, perform detailed quantity take -offs, and analyze bid documents<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate bidding activities and attend pre -bid meetings with clients and subcontractors<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Evaluate subcontractor quotes and perform cost comparison analysis (subcontractor vs. self -perform)<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Develop and maintain construction schedules, budgets, and manpower plans<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Review contracts, change orders, and invoicing for accuracy and compliance<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Communicate with clients, engineers, and vendors regarding project requirements and clarifications<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Supervise and motivate project staff, providing guidance to ensure safe, timely, and cost -effective project execution<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Conduct project inspections and oversee quality control throughout all phases<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Ensure compliance with all OSHA and company safety policies<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • 5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction (site/roadwork, utilities, paving, drainage)<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Strong estimating experience with B2W Estimate, B2W Track, AGTEK, or similar software<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Construction -related degree or equivalent field operations background<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Strong knowledge of civil infrastructure projects and construction methods<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Excellent math, analytical, and problem -solving skills<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Proven leadership experience managing staff and subcontractors<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project)<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • OSHA 10 certification (or ability to obtain) and valid driver’s license<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Ability to pass a CORI background check and pre -hire drug/alcohol testing<\/span>
