Senior Project ManagerOur client is an established commercial and federal general contractor with approximately 85-90 employees and annual revenues of roughly $100 million. The company specializes in high-profile government, defense, institutional, historic restoration, and mission-critical construction projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and internationally. The Senior Project Manager will join a collaborative and growth-focused organization trusted to deliver work at some of the nation's most recognizable facilities. This Senior Project Manager position offers exposure to technically challenging projects and the opportunity to work alongside experienced construction professionals in a stable, expanding environment.Job DescriptionLead multiple federal construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships.Oversee project teams, subcontractors, and field operations to ensure successful project execution.Coordinate with government agencies, consultants, and project stakeholders.Ensure compliance with federal contracting requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations.Manage risk, procurement activities, change orders, and project reporting.Maintain strong communication with clients and internal leadership teams.Support business objectives through successful delivery of complex government construction projects.The Senior Project Manager will serve as a key leader on high-profile federal and commercial assignments.The Senior Project Manager will help drive project success while mentoring and supporting project teams.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
