Senior Project ManagerThe Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing large-scale commercial construction projects from early planning through final delivery. Key responsibilities include:Managing full project lifecycle for commercial projects valued from $10M to $200M+Leading project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control effortsCoordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and internal field teamsOverseeing subcontractor procurement, contracts, and performanceEnsuring projects meet quality, safety, and schedule expectationsSupporting preconstruction activities and contributing to client presentationsMentoring and guiding Project Managers and project team membersThe Senior Project Manager will work closely with executive leadership while maintaining day-to-day ownership of project execution.
