Sr. Project Manager - Ground Up Public/Private Up To $50M

Job Description
- Manage and oversee all phases of ground-up construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks promptly to maintain timelines and budget.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to clients and internal teams.
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors to secure quality services at competitive rates.
- Oversee procurement and ensure materials are delivered on schedule.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant
- Experience managing ground-up construction projects in public and private sectors.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols, and building codes.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A collaborative approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
