About the Role:

As a Sr. Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to an assigned market or high-profile client accounts to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives. This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead healthcare construction projects through the full lifecycle, including planning, design, procurement, contracting, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • Accountable for project scope, budget, schedule, quality, risk management, client satisfaction, and overall project performance.
  • Partner with clients and stakeholders to define project objectives, delivery strategies, budgets, schedules, quality standards, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Direct consultant, contractor, and vendor procurement activities, including RFP development, proposal evaluations, negotiations, and contract administration.
  • Develop project charters, governance structures, and integrated project schedules to ensure successful execution and delivery.
  • Manage and monitor project progress, financial performance, risks, and key milestones, proactively resolving issues and serving as the primary escalation point for project concerns and vendor disputes.
  • Lead project status meetings and provide clear, timely communication to clients, leadership, project teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across business functions and multidisciplinary teams to drive decision-making, implement solutions, and achieve strategic account objectives.
  • Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain high-performing project management talent through coaching, mentoring, performance management, and career development.
  • Manage team operations, resource planning, workload balancing, training, performance, and succession planning to ensure effective project delivery and organizational growth.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, provide performance feedback, coaching, and day-to-day guidance to direct report (Project Managers)
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence by identifying process enhancements and implementing best practices.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in project and construction management, leveraging advanced knowledge to improve delivery methodologies and organizational performance.
  • Influence stakeholders, build consensus, and communicate complex business and project matters effectively to support strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development of policies, processes, and programs that advance client outcomes, operational goals, and enterprise priorities.
  • Lead by example, modeling organizational RISE values and demonstrating leadership that drives team engagement, customer success, and business results.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Preferred 3-5 years of experience in Inpatient healthcare construction, renovation or infrastructure replacement projects.
  • The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
  • Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

Turner and Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $130,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $150,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
