Sr. Project Manager

Position: Sr. Project Manager – IT HR

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT PMO HR projects with minimal supervision.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget using MS Project or OnePlan.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and executive-level presentations.
• Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, accruals, and compliance standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
• Collaborate with vendors, system integrators, and consulting partners.
• Conduct weekly status reviews and prepare C-Suite-ready PowerPoint updates.
• Maintain project governance through status meetings, stand-ups, and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to Client processes, SDLC, and agile-like methodologies.
• Build consensus, manage escalations, and foster strong stakeholder relationships.

Required Experience & Skills

• 8–10 years of project management experience, preferably in HR technology.
• Proven success managing large-scale HR transformation projects.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems such as Workforce, Kronos, SuccessFactors, SAP HR, HCM.
• Strong background in financial forecasting and reporting.
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams and external vendors.
• Excellent communication skills, especially with executive stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and advanced PowerPoint skills.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a plus.
