About the Role

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional HR technology and business transformation initiatives from initiation through deployment and adoption. This role partners closely with HR, IT, implementation partners, and the Enterprise PMO to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives while maintaining strong governance, stakeholder alignment, and business value realization.

You'll Make a Difference By

  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of HR technology and business transformation initiatives, including SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding, ADP Workforce Management, and HRIS enhancements.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, and communication plans.
  • Driving projects from initiation through planning, execution, testing, deployment, hyper care, and project closure.
  • Coordinating organizational change management activities including communications, training, user readiness, and adoption planning.
  • Proactively identifying risks, issues, dependencies, and decision points; developing mitigation strategies and facilitating timely resolution.
  • Coordinating end-to-end testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and production readiness.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Building strong partnerships with HR leadership, IT, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to ensure alignment on priorities and project outcomes.
  • Facilitating status update meetings and preparing concise status updates, risks, and recommendations.
  • Monitoring post-go-live adoption and supporting successful transition to operational ownership.
  • Ensuring projects comply with Enterprise PMO governance standards, documentation requirements, and stage gate reviews.
  • Maintaining accurate project information within Smartsheet, and Jira.
  • Assisting with other responsibilities based on business needs

About You

  • 7+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional HR technology implementations and business transformation initiatives.
  • Experience leading at least one full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementation, preferably Recruiting and Onboarding module.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects within an enterprise portfolio.
  • Experience working with implementation partners and third-party vendors.
  • Understanding of HR business processes including recruiting, onboarding, workforce management, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work with people at various levels of the organization including senior management.
  • Experience using office tools, Microsoft Excel, Project, SharePoint, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet and Box.

The hourly range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00 per hour.
