TRC Talent Solutions is hiring a Site Superintendent to join a high-performing team delivering complex, mission-critical construction projects. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership of outcomes, and consistently delivers projects on time, within budget, and beyond expectations.
What Youll Do
Lead daily site operations including coordination of subcontractors and suppliers
Translate design documents into actionable plans and execution strategies
Develop and manage project schedules, sequencing, and timelines
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for complex projects
Oversee quality, safety, and compliance across all site activities
Manage client interactions and maintain strong, professional relationships
Maintain detailed daily reports on site conditions, progress, and safety
Support project closeout including punch lists and documentation
Skills Needed
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
Experience developing MOPs/SOPs for live critical systems
Strategic thinking with strong planning and organizational skills
Analytical mindset with adaptability in dynamic environments
Strong time management and ability to prioritize effectively
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
810+ years of experience managing mission-critical construction projects
Experience with data centers or highly technical facilities preferred
Strong understanding of project scheduling, sequencing, and execution
Ability to lead teams through complex challenges and changing conditions
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
