The Senior Project Manager will report into regional leadership and take ownership of project delivery, profitability, client relationships, and team performance across major mechanical construction projects. The Senior Project Manager will play a critical role in driving successful outcomes from pre-construction through closeout.
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale mechanical construction projects
Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement strategies, and cost forecasting
Drive project profitability while maintaining exceptional quality and safety standards
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
Lead and mentor Project Managers, field personnel, and project teams
Oversee change management, contract administration, forecasting, and project reporting
Ensure successful project turnover, closeout, and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

For the Senior Project Manager we are seeking:
10+ years of Project Management experience within mechanical construction, HVAC, piping, plumbing, or related contracting environments
Demonstrated success managing large commercial, industrial, healthcare, mission-critical, or data center projects
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, construction processes, codes, and project controls
Experience managing project budgets, scheduling, forecasting, and change orders
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or equivalent industry experience preferred
Proficiency with construction management software and tools such as ACC Build, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and related platforms
Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to travel and support projects in the field as required
Base salary: $120,000 - $160,000
Weekly travel allowance of approximately $1,220
Relocation assistance up to $15,000
Vehicle allowance of $700 per month
