Sr. Project ManagerLead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays effectively. Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies. Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to relevant parties. Manage project budgets and control costs without compromising quality. Mentor and guide project team members to achieve project objectives.A successful Sr. Project Manager should have: strong knowledge of construction project management processes and best practices. Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with diverse teams. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
