Job Description

The Sr. Project Manager will oversee ground up projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline. This role focuses on managing project scopes, coordinating teams, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Description

  • Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Resolve project-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to clients and management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
