Senior Project ManagerThis boutique owner's representation and construction project management firm provides high-touch advisory services across multiple sectors. The organization is known for its relationship-driven approach, principal-led project delivery, and strong client advocacy from planning through occupancy. The Senior Project Manager plays a central role in delivering successful outcomes, with consistent access to executive leadership and diverse project exposure. This Senior Project Manager position sits within a collaborative, growth-focused team environment where impact and ownership are highly valued.Lead multiple construction projects independently from pre-construction through closeout. Serve as the primary client contact and trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle. Take full ownership of project scope, schedule, budget, and risk management. Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation and contingency strategies. Manage procurement processes, including RFQs, RFPs, and contract negotiations. Oversee contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure project alignment and execution. Lead project meetings to drive accountability and informed decision-making. Maintain accurate project documentation, including financials and key records. Review and approve invoices, change orders, and purchase orders. Prepare and present project status reports, including metrics and risk updates. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners. Support business development efforts through networking and opportunity identification. Collaborate with leadership on proposals, presentations, and project pursuits. Mentor junior team members and contribute to a team-oriented culture. Ensure work aligns with company standards and performance expectations. As a Senior Project Manager, take ownership of delivering high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
