Serve as the primary client contact and trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle. Take full ownership of project scope, schedule, budget, and risk management. Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation and contingency strategies. Manage procurement processes, including RFQs, RFPs, and contract negotiations. Oversee contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure project alignment and execution. Lead project meetings to drive accountability and informed decision-making. Maintain accurate project documentation, including financials and key records. Review and approve invoices, change orders, and purchase orders. Prepare and present project status reports, including metrics and risk updates. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners. Support business development efforts through networking and opportunity identification. Collaborate with leadership on proposals, presentations, and project pursuits. Mentor junior team members and contribute to a team-oriented culture. Ensure work aligns with company standards and performance expectations.
