Currently sitting at $75M/Yr in revenue they are hiring for a senior project manager due simply to project demand.

Description

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of retail construction projects, ensuring alignment with brand standards, scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to deliver compliant, high-quality retail spaces.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, track costs, and implement cost-control measures to protect profitability.
  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules, proactively mitigating delays to meet store opening deadlines.
  • Oversee permitting, inspections, and compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
  • Manage procurement of materials, fixtures, and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing status updates, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth project closeout and handover.

Profile

  • 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in the retail/light-commercial sector
  • Track record of delivering projects valued at $500K+
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of preconstruction/familiarity with estimating
  • Knowledge of relevant construction softwares
  • Ability to run multiple projects at once

Job Offer

  • Strong base salary of $130,000 to $150,000 dependent on qualifications
