Trident Construction Group, a premier Atlanta based General Contractor, is looking for an experienced Sr. Project Manager to lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion. The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects that meet client expectations. This role requires strong leadership, detailed project coordination, and effective communication with all project stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale projects, particularly in the medical office construction (MOB), retail, restaurant, office, and government sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution to ensure timely and on-budget delivery
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure all project requirements are met
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients
  • Drive continuous improvement and uphold high standards of quality on all projects
  • Mentor and guide project teams to achieve operational excellence

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, and contract management
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proficient in project management software such as Procore, MS Project, or similar tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
