Portfolio Management
Governance
Manage a portfolio of enterprise infrastructure, cloud, security, DevSecOps, Network and modernization initiatives.
Adhere to the portfolio governance processes, intake frameworks, prioritization models, resource planning, and investment tracking.
Partner with the Project Management Office to align technology initiatives with business objectives, strategic roadmaps, and funding plans.
Monitor portfolio health, risks, dependencies, resource utilization, financial performance, and benefit realization.
Facilitate Infrastructure meetings necessary to manage the portfolio as well as lead various project plans.
Project
Program Delivery
Lead multiple concurrent infrastructure and cloud transformation projects from initiation through closure.
Develop project charters, schedules, milestones, budgets, communication plans, and resource strategies.
Apply Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models b ased on project requirements.
Manage scope, timeline, budget, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
Coordinate cross functional teams including Infrastructure, Security, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Development, PMO, and business stakeholders.
Drive issue resolution, dependency management, risk mitigation, and escalation management.
Ensure project compliance with enterprise governance and audit requirements.
Infrastructure
Cloud Leadership
Provide portfolio oversight and technical understanding across:
Azure Cloud:
Azure Landing Zones, Virtual Machines, Networking, Arc, Monitoring, Sentinel, Storage, Backup, Site Recovery, Kubernetes Services, EntraID, Policy and Governance.
On Premises Infrastructure:
VMware, Windows Servers, Linux Platforms, Active Directory, Storage Platforms, Backup
Recovery, Network Infrastructure, Data Center Operations, Hybrid Cloud Integration, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity
Platform Engineering:
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep), Automation and Orchestration, Configuration Management, Platform Monitoring, Capacity Planning, Performance Management
DevSecOps
SSDLC Governance
Drive adoption and governance of DevSecOps methodologies across infrastructure and application delivery teams.
Ensure security controls are embedded throughout the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC).
Collaborate with Security, Architecture, and Engineering teams to establish secure by design practices.
Oversee implementation of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, vulnerability management, and compliance validation.
Track and report security, quality, and deployment metrics.
Champion automation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
Agile
Jira Portfolio Management
Administer and govern Jira/Jira Product Discovery/Atlas/Tempo and related Atlassian tools.
Design and implement portfolio and project dashboards, roadmaps, and reporting capabilities.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Portfolio Planning, PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives
Maintain enterprise backlogs, epics, features, stories, and roadmap alignment.
