    Description

    Senior Project Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Provide direct supervision, program control, scheduling and management of the Contractor's employees consistent with priorities and assignments made by FPSS management and supervisors.
    • Provide invoicing for labor hours, travel and Other Direct Costs.
    • Resolve problems, issues or conflicts as required.
    • Ensure that program/project schedule, performance and deliverables are met.
    • Support the Task Lead and COR by providing information related to the performance and/or status of all current tasks and assignments.
    • Prioritize tasks and assignments to Contractor workforce based on Government's direction and best practices
    • Provide the COR with cost and staffing estimates relative to the completion of existing requirements as well as the possible addition of future requirements.
    • Coordinate work schedules for Contractor personnel provided under this SOW.
    • Maintain a qualified and certified, as appropriate, Contractor workforce to meet the Government's needs under this SOW.
    • Provide report metrics and progress reporting to FPSS management and COR as required.
    • Ensure accountability for all Government-furnished property and information, including assistance in performing periodic Government property inventories.
    • Ensure applicable FBI policies and procedures are followed by Contractor workforce.

    Required Qualifications

    • Shall have a minimum of 10 years specialized experience in both leading and providing technical direction to complex accounting challenges and providing recommendations and solutions that are legal and auditable.
    • Shall have a minimum of 10 years of experience of Fund Balance with Treasury reconciliation and Inter-Agency eliminating entries and reconciliation of other major financial statements control accounts.
    • Ten (10) years or more of managing all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk) for various types of projects.
    • Eight (8) years or more experience providing written and oral reports to management, customers and stakeholders regrading progress of projects.
    • Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.

    Desired Qualification

    • Master's degree in Accounting, Financial Management or Taxation
    • Possess current financial certification such as the CMA, CPA, CIA, CGFM, CISA, etc.
    • Project Management (PMP) or comparable certification
    • Prior experience with CGI Momentum software platform
    • Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Federal Tax reporting

    Education Requirement

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least ten (10) years of complex project management experience in Government programs, projects and/or activities. Educational requirement may be waived if the candidate has fifteen (15) or more years of experience.
