Job Summary
We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Senior Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a major new software platform. You will own the critical business enablement, commercial structures, and operational readiness functions required to launch and scale the platform successfully.
The ideal candidate bridges the gap between software product engineering, finance, legal, and operational leadership. This role leads and manages Project and/or Program Portfolios in support of business strategies. In addition, the Program Manager is responsible for managing and monitoring project risks and issues while effectively communicating to project team, TPS leadership and business stakeholders; effectively managing the budget for all projects making up the Portfolios; managing both internal and external resources to ensure Portfolio demand is covered; and conducting resource evaluations and development plans.
Job Responsibilities
Program Leadership: Govern the master program schedule, managing dependencies across product, readiness.
Build relationships and engage with internal and external users of the assigned projects.
Ensure execution of continuous improvement cost reduction opportunities and trailing cost elimination.
Commercial & Financial Enablement: Partner with finance and executive teams to drive cost-of-goods-sold (COGS) analysis, unit economics modeling, and pricing recommendations.
Contractual & Legal Alignment: Project Manage the revision of customer SaaS contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and service level terms (SLTs) in collaboration with legal counsel.
Vendor & Partner Management: Oversee ongoing 3rd-party software development contracting, ensuring external deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget targets.
Operational Readiness prepare options to execute the organizational transformation required to support the new platform.
Customer Conversion Planning: Design and execute the data-driven migration and conversion playbook to transition existing customers to the new platform with zero business disruption in a timely manner.
Education Requirements
Requires a bachelor s degree in business, computer science, information management or a related discipline.
Master s Degree is a plus.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Experience Requirements
Required
Experience: 8+ years of program management experience delivering complex, enterprise-grade SaaS or software platform and business transformations.
Business Acumen: Proven experience managing commercial workstreams (pricing models, financial cost analysis, legal contract revisions).
Methodology: Mastery of Agile/Scrum and traditional waterfall project management methodologies; expert-level capability in managing complex cross-functional dependencies.
Communication: Exceptional executive-presence; ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and vice versa.
Extensive relevant work experience, including management of teams, projects and portfolios. Uses experience and knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
Ability to organize people and activities into an efficient workflow. Experience managing third-party suppliers.
Demonstrated ability to use rigorous logic and methods in solving difficult problems.
Provides resources with information required to do an effective job and make the best possible decisions.
Relates well to people at all levels both inside and outside the organization. Highly self-motivated and directed.
