- On-site office with stable team.
- Currently looking for Admin Assist replacement as that person is on medical leave.
- Client is actively involved and often speaks directly to tenants.
Team Overview
- APMs are experienced and dependable.
- Engineering team has been there for several years.
- Engineering team consists of 4 union employees.
Resource's Typical Working Day
- Fast-paced day of invoice processing.
- Tenant emails.
- Client requests.
- Team coordination.
Must Have Skills
- Active California Real Estate License.
- Must be organized for heavy email traffic.
- Financials (reporting, variances, accruals, etc.).
- Patience with private equity client that is learning how to be an owner with 3rd party management.
Nice to Have Skills
- Mentorship mentality for training support staff that are in early years of their careers.
