Organize, plan, prepare, check, and deliver customer proposals and qualification statements utilizing company expertise and resources, directing activities of all parties involved for the Enterprise
Manage schedule for preparation of proposals and qualification statements to meet customer deadlines.
Develop, archive and implement consistent, professional quality materials to streamline and support proposal preparation.
Maintain the status of proposals and bid evaluations and support the sales effort as necessary, including CRM updates.
Work with marketing staff and support the development, maintenance, and use of presentation materials.
Support proposal coordinators as needed and assist with training efforts.
Interface with business group contacts (Operations and Business Development) to ensure all proposal strategy needs are being met. #LI-CC1
The Sr Proposal Coordinator is a mid-level role in market intelligence, possessing knowledge of company services and some background in sales or customer relations. This person will coordinate and lead the preparation and submission of proposals, qualification statements, and other materials aimed at customers. They will collaborate directly with business units to support our operations and business development teams. Additionally, this individual will be instrumental in training new employees and providing guidance to other coordinators on deal structure and proposal strategy.
