Position Overview:

  • Highly experienced Senior PROS CPQ & Pricing Solutions Analyst to lead changes in the design, implementation, and optimization of our existing PROS CPQ(Configure-Price-Quote) application.
  • This role will serve as a technical and functional subject matter expert, owning complex CPQ and pricing capabilities that directly support revenue growth, margin optimization, and scalable sales operations.
  • Translate complex sales business and commercial requirements into robust, scalable PROS CPQ and pricing solutions, partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Product, IT, and external vendors.
  • Play a critical role in advancing our sales quoting maturity, supporting data-driven decision-making, and enabling consistent, compliant quoting processes across the organization.
  • Play a critical part in shaping enterprise pricing and quoting capabilities, directly influencing revenue, margin, and customer experience.
  • Work on high-impact initiatives in a collaborative, forward-looking environment where your expertise makes a measurable difference.
  • Will help build practical solutions to business processes and help enhance the overall internal customer experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, design, develop, test, implement, and support PROS Smart CPQ and Pricing.
  • Lead end-to-end PROS CPQ enhancements and optimization initiatives.
  • Translate business and pricing requirements into functional specifications and scalable system designs.
  • Configure product catalogs, pricing models, discount rules, approvals, workflows, and document templates.
  • Design and develop Document Templates(DocGen), integrated with Docusign.
  • Design and implement pricing strategies including pricing waterfalls, discounts, and approval controls.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on CPQ best practices and pricing strategy.
  • Support Agile delivery activities and provide production support as needed.
  • Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
  • Mentor other team members and communicate complex concepts clearly.
 
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in CPQ, pricing systems, or commercial enterprise solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with PROS CPQ implementations.
  • Strong understanding of pricing, discounting, and Quote-to-Order processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PROS CPQ and/or PROS Pricing certification.
  • Experience with pricing analytics and visualization tools.
  • Exposure to additional CPQ or pricing platforms.
  • Experience supporting global pricing models.
  • Consulting or enterprise transformation experience.
 
Pay Rate: $75.00 - $78.00/Hour
