About the Role:

As a CBRE Quality and Compliance Sr. Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the team that supports quality assurance and quality control deliverables for large and high-profile clients.

This is a role that will require you to be commutable to client sites located in PA and NJ (Raritan, NJ area) and travel is up to 20%.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
  • Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
  • Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
  • Execute both company and confidential client compliance programs and participate in continuous improvement objectives.
  • Create initiatives and communicate issues across the functional areas. Report compliance status to key stakeholders and sr. management regularly.
  • Manage the execution and evaluate the success of the quality-of-service initiatives for non-regulated services.
  • Report Compliance (among other quality and business metrics) status to the client during review meetings; appropriately escalates and notifies CBRE and client management of quality and compliance issues.
  • Oversee the inspection readiness program for the site. Manage audits as well as serve as the primary quality representative for operations.
  • Apply a broad knowledge of the business, own discipline, and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence others to adopt a different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans.
  • Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.
  • Understand and recognize the broader impact across the department.
  • Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within job discipline.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Quality Systems experience with eQMS & DMS Incident Escalation Systems & Processes
  • Prior leadership and development experience along with hiring, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
  • Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
  • Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training and experience. The compensation range is about $130,000 to $158,000 annual base salary plus 10% target bonus based on experience. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications and experience.
