Sr. Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer

The Quality Engineer will support product quality, continuous improvement, and quality systems within a manufacturing environment. This role will partner closely with engineering and manufacturing to improve processes, reduce defects and scrap, and maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System

• Lead internal audits, calibration programs, and corrective actions

• Investigate non-conformances and support 8D/root cause analysis

• Develop PPAPs, Control Plans, PFMEAs, process flows, and work instructions

• Conduct process capability studies

• Support continuous improvement and scrap/defect reduction initiatives

• Train employees on quality procedures and inspection methods

• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing on process improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred

• 4+ years of Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment

• Experience with ISO/TS quality systems

• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, Kaizen, and DOE preferred

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Salary Range: $100,000-$110,000
