My client is a global industrial manufacturer serving the automotive, aerospace, and medical device industries and is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join their expanding quality team. This role will serve as a key leader, supporting Quality Management by driving critical continuous improvement initiatives and leading internal and customer audits.

My client is a family-owned industrial manufacturer with over 100 years of history, specializing in metal components for the automotive, aerospace, and medical device industries. With more than 600 employees worldwide, they maintain a strong global footprint with facilities across Asia and Europe. Under new leadership within the Quality Department, the organization has experienced a revitalized strategic direction, bringing increased structure, alignment, and focus to the team. Quality is a core pillar of the business, supported by certifications including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, and AS9100.
Description
- Lead key continuous improvement and quality-focused projects in support of the Quality Management team.
- Utilize statistical techniques to collect, analyze, interpret, and summarize data to improve production efficiency.
- Partner with both internal and external customers to address and resolve questions, concerns, requirements, complaints, and product rejections.
- Collaborate across multiple departments to address quality issues with urgency and drive corrective actions through implementation and verification.
- Support the inspection department with internal investigations and material disposition activities.
- Conduct internal audits, customer audits, supplier audits, and host customer visits as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Profile
- Degree in engineering or a related field required
- Experience with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, and/or AS9100
- New Product Introduction experience
- Core Tools - PPAPs, FMEAs, SPC, etc.
- Problem-solving mindset with root cause and CAPA experience
- Experience with metals manufacturing is a plus

Job Offer
- Salary upwards of $110,000
