Job Title: Sr. Quality Engineer

Location: Warsaw, IN 46580 (Remote)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quality engineering projects from concept through implementation.
- Develop product/process procedures, specifications, and quality standards.
- Drive CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions) and continuous improvement.
- Analyze quality, gauge, and product data.
- Support new product development and supplier quality activities.
- Ensure products comply with quality requirements through audits, inspections, and testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and regulatory stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Bachelor's + CQE certification.
- 3–5+ years of Quality Engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of QSR/ISO regulations, Design Assurance, FMEA, GD&T, blueprint reading, and product testing.
- Experience with CMMs, optical comparators, SPC (Statistical Process Control), process capability, and statistics.
- Strong communication, project leadership, and Microsoft Office skills.
