Key Responsibilities

Support design and development of surgical/dissecting tools.
Create and update CAD models, drawings, and engineering specifications.
Perform GD&T, tolerance analysis, and FMEA to improve manufacturability.
Support CNC grinding setup, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to transition designs into production.
Investigate manufacturing issues, perform root cause analysis, and improve yield/reliability.
Participate in design reviews and document technical analyses for design control compliance.
