Sr. Recruiter

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across our growing telecommunications organization. Responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent for technical, data centers, field operations, construction, and corporate positions critical to supporting our network expansion and infrastructure projects.

Proactive talent partner who can balance speed, quality, and candidate experience, while building strong relationships with hiring managers and delivering against aggressive hiring goals.

Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from intake through offer and onboarding
  • Handle a diverse requisition load including field technicians, construction roles, and technical professionals
  • Develop and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for high-priority roles

Talent Sourcing & Attraction

  • Use advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals) to identify top talent
  • Create targeted strategies to attract candidates in competitive digital infrastructure (Data Centers/Telecom) and skilled labor markets
  • Build relationships with passive candidates and industry networks

Hiring Manager Partnership

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define requirements and hiring strategies
  • Provide market insights, salary guidance, and realistic hiring timelines
  • Ensure alignment on candidate quality and selection decisions

Candidate Experience

  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Communicate proactively with candidates and stakeholders
  • Promote employer brand and value proposition

Process & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications Required

  • 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven success recruiting in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Experience hiring for technical, field, or skilled labor roles
  • Strong sourcing and pipeline-building capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with ATS systems and sourcing platforms

Preferred

  • Background in telecommunications, data centers, construction, utilities, or infrastructure industries
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions with competing priorities
  • Experience working with hiring managers in operations or technical teams
