Job Brief: Sr. Recruiter

The senior recruiter is responsible for the recruiting of Kaiser Permanente/ The Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) clinicians and administrative employees. Responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, effectively communicatingthe value of the Southeast Permanente Medical Group, our unique care model, and the position, escorting candidates through interview schedule, addressing questions and concerns to obtain commitments, negotiating contracts and any other details pertaining to the essential functions of full cycle recruitment.

Summary:

The Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) is one of Georgia's largest independent, physician-owned, multi-specialty medical groups. More than 700 physicians and 300 associate practitioners work together in a unique integrated care model to provide high-quality care to Kaiser Permanente members. Our focus is on long-term health, effective prevention, diagnosis and treatment of disease. Care is delivered across 40+ specialties at 26 medical offices featuring state-of-the-art equipment, labs, imaging services, and pharmacies. We also provide surgical services and around-the-clock care at some of the area's top hospitals. We invite applications for a hybrid Sr. Recruiter based out of our regional office in Buckhead.

What You Can Expect:
  • Full-time position (virtual interviews, in person interviews, conferences, recruitment events, etc.)
  • Use of Taleo to accurately maintain candidate records from application to hire
  • Maintain close working relationships with department chiefs and/or administrative leaders.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and databases
  • Work closely with designated recruitment specialist to ensure effective support of recruitment and onboarding process
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the recruitment industry, physician interest, TSPMG policies, procedures, and the Kaiser Permanente care model
  • Ensure confidentiality of all recruitment information at all times
Minimum Requirements:
  • BS or BA in marketing, business, or related field
  • Six or more years direct experience in the recruitment field. If recruiting for clinicians, applicable experience is necessary.
  • In-depth knowledge of the physician and admin recruitment field, the health care industry, and human resources.
  • Proficient in using related candidate sourcing and tracking technology
  • Demonstrated ability to meet individual and organizational recruitment metrics & goals
  • Marketing or sales experience preferred.
  • Certified Medical Staff Recruiter preferred
