Role Overview:
We're looking for a seasoned Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring for our Go-To-Market (GTM) functions, including M&A, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and can balance strategic partnership with hands-on execution.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of recruiting experience, a strong understanding of GTM and M&A talent markets, and the ability to influence, educate, and drive hiring outcomes in an environment that values autonomy and collaboration.

What You Will Do:
  • Own the full hiring lifecycle across multiple functions, managing complex and senior-level roles with confidence and autonomy.
  • Build high-quality pipelines by crafting and executing strong, diverse sourcing strategies.
  • Advise hiring managers to enable smart hiring decisions and efficient processes.
  • Optimize and evolve recruiting workflows to improve speed, quality, and overall candidate experience.
  • Use data and metrics to identify trends, improve funnel conversions, and support strategic decisions.
  • Lead or contribute to recruiting projects and talent initiatives across the organization.
  • Provide market insights to shape hiring strategy and workforce planning.
  • Stay updated on recruiting trends, tools, and market dynamics through continuous learning.
  • Introduce new ideas and innovations to elevate talent attraction and hiring practices.
  • Manage competing priorities effectively in a dynamic, unstructured environment.
Qualifications for Success:
  • 10+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 5 years of in-house hiring, with strong exposure to Corporate Development and Go-To-Market roles.
  • Proven success managing multiple complex requisitions in global or fast-scaling organizations.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align recruiting strategy with business needs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills-confident advising, influencing, and challenging senior leadership.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to rapid changes.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems, sourcing tools, and data-driven hiring practices.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with genuine enthusiasm for helping teams grow and succeed.
