Job Description
Johnson Service Group (JSG) has partnered with a high-growth client and is actively seeking a Sr Recruiter to support hiring across technical, operations, supply chain and manufacturing functions. This position is on-site 5 days per week.

Payrate $50-$60 per hour DOE.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment in a fast paced environment.
- Partner with hiring managers to define needs and drive strategic sourcing efforts
- Build strong pipelines using job boards, referrals, and networking
- Manage candidates and workflows using Workday (or similar ATS)
- Track recruiting metrics and improving hiring efficiency
- Deliver a top-tier candidate experience from outreach to onboarding
Experience
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume environments.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, ideally Workday
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic talent planning with a sense of urgency
- Results-driven and proactive mindset
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence hiring decisions
