Job Summary

The Sr. Recruiter, RPO plays a critical role in driving the successful execution of recruitment strategies within the RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) program. This position is responsible for timely and effective sourcing, screening, and placement of key leadership and individual contributor roles across assigned client portfolios. The ideal candidate will leverage a wide array of recruiting techniques to cultivate and maintain a robust pipeline of both active and passive talent, ensuring alignment with the clients business goals and cultural values. Collaboration with hiring managers, HR leaders, and external partners will be essential to deliver an exemplary candidate experience and uphold the client's reputation as an employer of choice in competitive talent markets. This role offers the opportunity to influence organizational growth by securing top-tier talent and enhancing recruitment processes through innovative sourcing and relationship building.

As a strategic partner, the Sr. Recruiter will contribute to shaping recruitment tactics that fit specific business needs, providing thoughtful recommendations and facilitating a streamlined and effective interview and hiring process. Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and recommending candidates for leadership and pivotal individual contributor positions to meet client hiring timelines. (Approximately 50%)
  • Facilitate structured interview sessions, collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure comprehensive candidate evaluation and alignment with role requirements. Provide detailed candidate assessments and actionable hiring recommendations. (Approximately 25%)
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with client leadership, HR Business Partners, and Corporate Compensation teams to understand business objectives, workforce planning needs, and compensation frameworks, fostering alignment across recruitment initiatives. (Approximately 10%)
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of candidate interactions, statuses, and recruitment metrics within applicable applicant tracking systems, adhering to standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines. (Approximately 10%)
  • Act as a brand ambassador for client programs by engaging in face-to-face interactions, representing the client at job fairs, leveraging social media channels, and promoting the clients employer brand to attract diverse and qualified candidates. (Approximately 5%)
  • Continuously innovate and refine talent acquisition strategies by exploring new sourcing channels and recruitment technologies to enhance candidate sourcing and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support onboarding processes and improve overall hiring manager and candidate experiences.

  • Sound business acumen with the capability to discuss complex organizational needs and workforce strategies confidently with business unit leaders, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly articulate candidate qualifications, role requirements, and recruitment processes.
  • High degree of professionalism and integrity, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and upholding ethical recruitment practices.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Arts, Sciences, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in recruitment, with a strong background in RPO, corporate talent acquisition, or agency environments.
  • Proven track record in successfully filling leadership and specialized individual contributor roles within dynamic and evolving organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience with diverse candidate sourcing techniques and an ability to build active and passive candidate pipelines.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies, with strong computer literacy in MS Office and other business applications.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills with a history of delivering exceptional hiring outcomes.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $68480 - $102720. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
