About Chick-fil-A Supply and this Role
Directs the overall talent activities for the Midwest Region, including employee relations, recruiting, organizational planning, legal compliance, safety, training, and communication. This role will provide strategic Talent leadership to the Midwest region.
While regional alignment supports strong relationships and consistency, Regional Talent Leaders may be reassigned to different regions over time based on business needs, leadership development, and organizational priorities. In all cases, the role partners closely with regional and distribution center leadership to engage team members, support leaders, and strengthen Chick‑fil‑A Supply’s culture.
This position is responsible for traveling to each Distribution Center in the region they support every 6–8 weeks, managing Human Resource functions within a multi‑state environment, and supporting distribution centers across the network. The Regional Talent Leader provides Talent support to employees within their assigned region and serves as a key member of the regional leadership team. There are times where coverage to other regions may be required or regional support may adjust to the support the development of the leader.
