40+ year-old A&E firm has an opening for a Senior Registered Architect. Direct-hire position with competitive benefits!
Duties:
- Lead the architectural design for industrial and commercial facilities
- Oversee the entire architectural process—includes programming and planning, demo plans, elevations, and construction details
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and compliant with all Minnesota codes (IBC, Life Safety, etc.)
- Provide work direction and guidance to architectural designers and AutoCAD drafters
- Work alongside multi-disciplinary engineering teams
- Act as the primary architectural point of contact for clients
- Oversee construction administration – includes site visits, submittal reviews, and RFI management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- Registered Architect in Minnesota
- NCARB registration preferred
- 7+ years of experience
- Industrial project experience
- AutoCAD experience
Salary: $135-155K
