Sr Release Test System Integration Tester

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sr Release Test System Integration Tester to lead system-level testing validation and quality assurance for large-scale multi-tier platforms. This role requires close collaboration with system design, product, and engineering teams to ensure high-quality releases aligned with DevOps practices.
Must-Have Skills:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline • 8 years of experience as a Release System Integration Tester • Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Zephyr and JIRA • Working knowledge of CI tools Jenkins and DevOps deployment processes • Experience testing large-scale multi-tiered service-oriented systems • Exposure to cloud-based and third-party testing environments • Strong understanding of modern web application architectures with decoupled modules • Ability to establish priorities and balance multiple objectives • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a self-directed environment • Basic understanding of networking components, modems, switches, routers, and firewalls
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with system design, product, and development teams to build testing and validation strategies. Translate product and system requirements into test cases using BDDTDD techniques. Design system-level test plans, schedules, and execute test cases manual and automated. Provide regular status updates and risk assessments during quality and readiness reviews. Drive adoption of best-in-class testing practices. Validate product features against system requirements and functional specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues throughout the SDLC. Maintain accurate QA metrics dashboards and test execution records. Handle multiple concurrent projects and coordinate across engineering teams.
Nice to Have:
• System Engineering or System Integration experience • Telecommunications domain experience • Scripting experience in Python or Ruby • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
