Pay Range: $55.00 - 60.00/hr on W2
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
- 4+ years preferred in Reliability Engineering, Quality Engineering, or Product/Failure Investigation
- Medical device or regulated industry experience preferred
- Experience with complaint trending and post-market data analysis
- Strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and failure investigation experience
- Experience with reliability testing/studies and risk analysis
- Strong data analysis, statistical analysis, and DOE experience
- Experience identifying failure trends and product/process performance issues
- Experience supporting CAPA/corrective actions and reliability improvements
- Ability to develop/support reliability test methods
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing
- Strong documentation, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
