FULLY REMOTE EST HOURS
The Sr Research Analyst position will be part of the Impact & Insights team. This role is responsible for the analysis and reporting of online education activities targeting healthcare professionals with the focus on the Outcomes reporting. The Outcomes reports provide analysis of knowledge, competence, performance and patient impact changes as a result of participation in medical education programs. This role ensures data from CME Outcomes reports are appropriately summarized and strategically-focused within the agreed timeline. This role also requires management of the timelines and delivery to the teams associated with these reports. This position includes collaboration with cross-functional internal teams including sales, content, clinical strategy and analytics and external clinical and patient care experts across multiple therapeutic topics.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, organization, communication, writing, and project management skills to develop reports to internal and external clients to support sales and revenue goals. He/she must have a proven ability to meet deadlines, while being proactive and detail-oriented.P
