    Job Summary

    As a Sr. Retail Strategy Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing retail strategies based on market and commercial zone monitoring. You will design actionable, on-the-ground strategies to effectively execute HQ's direction locally while also creating independent profitability strategies for the local market. Your key role will involve conducting market research, data analysis, and formulating systematic plans to improve store operations and service offerings. Close attention will be paid to customer and employee feedback (VOC), ensuring that the retail environment remains responsive and effective.

    What Youll Do

    • Identify and develop strategic initiatives for the sales organization and support the execution of these strategies, including process improvements
    • Develop and implement retail service and operational strategies tailored to the U.S. market
    • Manage the operational needs of stores, including creating manuals and managing supplies (e.g., consumables, equipment, IT infrastructure)
    • Establish short- and long-term sales and cost targets for individual stores
    • Conduct profitability analysis and manage store-level cost and budget
    • Analyze business issues and operational challenges, providing effective solutions to enhance performance
    • Support the sales organization in implementing strategic initiatives and process improvements

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree (4-year) or equivalent required.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales retail operations (experience with sales data analysis and performance metrics development).
    • Strong understanding of retail business and experience in developing data-driven sales strategies.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Proficient in creating strategic and planning materials (Word, PPT, Excel) to support decision-making.
    • Excellent internal and external communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
    • Bilingual in English and Korean strongly preferred
