Position Overview
At Kiewit, our core principle-"Nobody Gets Hurt"-drives everything we do. We are seeking an experienced Senior Safety Manager to champion this commitment across our electrical construction projects nationwide.
This role is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of safety programs that protect our people and ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards. The Senior Safety Manager will play a critical leadership role in fostering a proactive safety culture, partnering with field operations, and ensuring safe execution across all phases of construction.
Based out of Boston, MA, this position requires relocation to the Boston area and weekly travel to project sites across the United States. The role maintains a strong field presence, supporting project teams including staff, craft employees, subcontractors, and consultants.

Location
This position is based in Boston, MA, with relocation required for candidates not currently located in the area.
In alignment with Kiewit's "go where the work is" philosophy, this role requires consistent weekly travel to project sites nationwide to support field operations and safety performance.

Base Compensation: $150,000/yr - $190,000/yr
(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
