Job Description Penguin Random House's Adult Mass Merch Sales team has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sr. Sales Associate to join the Clubs team. The Sr. Sales Associate will take on both sales support and a selling role partnering with warehouse clubs' accounts. The ideal candidate should have some experience working within sales and have strong written and verbal communication skills. They should be able to work self-sufficiently and enjoy finding creative ways to find solutions for our retail partners. Curiosity and adaptability are two qualities that lend success to this role.

The salary for this position is $61,000. All positions are currently eligible for annual profit award or bonus, subject to Company results. Penguin Random House is headquartered in New York City. This flexible hybrid role is based at our offices at 1745 Broadway and typically requires 1–2 in-office days per week. Additional on-site attendance may occasionally be needed to support programming, events, or other business needs. Candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance of New York City or be prepared to relocate prior to their start date.
