Our leadership team is currently seeking a Sales Executive (Financial Services) for our Singapore & Southeast Asia market to drive business results by producing a well-managed, profitable, and growing book of business opportunities. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to both our internal teams and our client teams, building and executing customized business plans and predictable sales engagement processes.
What You'll Do
Farm existing accounts (bring depth and focus) and hunt for new business; manage, grow, and identify, target new net accounts within financial services industry
Run deals end to end. From discovery through to MSA and SOW, you own the commercial process and know how to move a deal forward at every stage
Collaborate with practice leaders to strategically pursue new opportunities on a diverse collection of targeted accounts.
Work with new and existing clients to build a pipeline and secure new Master Service Agreements (MSA's).
Bring Financial Services industry knowledge and relationships
Responsible for achieving annual revenue targets, quarterly sales targets, and MBO's
Leverage Slalom Sales platforms to drive a forecast and collaborate with Account and Practice leaders.
Nurture relationships with Alliance Partners to drive Slalom growth in key practice areas
Host or facilitate Slalom marketing events.
Travel may be required within the Southeast Asia region
What You'll Bring
7-10 yours of experience in account management and sales
A proven track record in solution-led sales - you've hit your number, you know what it takes, and you're hungry to do it again
Experience selling in the Financial Services industry (banking, wealth, capital markets, and insurance)
Experience selling and navigating complex buying organizations within Fortune 500 companies and mid-market segment
A history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets for the last 3 years
Proven track record of selling professional services or digital transformation or cloud & data-based solutions
Passionate about sales and technology with an AI mindset both for the sales life cycle and in how we deliver our solutions
Able to partner with clients to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Budget and project management experience
Excellent collaboration and team-building skills
Experienced in building relationships with CXOs and business decision-makers
Skilled at leading teams through complex technology solution sales
An innovative approach, always thinking about the art of the possible, coming with creative solutions
A natural curiosity, seeking to learn from your clients, your partners, your competitors, and your colleagues
A demonstrated ability to self-motivate
Proficient with and excited to use next-generation AI tooling across all domains of the go-to-market workflow
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint Copilot), Salesforce as internal CRM
