Sr Sales Planning and Analytics Analyst-Frisco, TX

This role will be base in Frisco, TX and will work a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office, 2 days remote

The On-Premise Analyst is responsible for transforming data into actionable business insights that drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making across the On-Premise business. This role partners closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams to develop reporting, identify opportunities, and influence business outcomes through data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Analytics & Reporting

• Develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Analyze sales performance, ordering trends, account retention, and operational metrics.
• Deliver actionable recommendations to improve business results.
• Support incentive tracking, NRS reporting, and departmental initiatives.

Data Management & Systems Support

• Maintain databases, spreadsheets, CRM records, and reporting tools.
• Serve as secondary administrator for CRM, telephony, and eB2B systems.
• Manage Salesforce product datasets and account information.

eB2B & Customer Support

• Support customer onboarding through eB2B platforms.
• Manage signup exception processes.
• Identify new products and limited-time offerings for customer communications.
• Coordinate product imagery and content updates.

eB2B Marketing Execution

• Execute customer email campaigns.
• Maintain customer marketing lists and campaign reporting.

Total Rewards:

• $76,400 - $95,000 / year
• Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of analytical, business operations, sales operations, or reporting experience. Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), beverage, foodservice, or related industries preferred.
• Strong communication skills - verbal, written, presentation and follow-through
• High level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills as well as great attention to detail along with the ability to synthesize data.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (using advanced functions in MS Excel such as pivot tables, V look ups and some base knowledge of MS Power BI, Copilot, or similar tools).
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, advanced analytical skills, quality, and strong organizational skills
• An understanding of how to manipulate large datasets, combined with strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative
• Travel: <5%
