Partner with stakeholders across business units to understand business processes, customer journeys, reporting needs, and strategic priorities.
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CRM Analytics and Tableau dashboards, datasets, lenses, stories, and reporting solutions that deliver actionable insights.
Lead data preparation and transformation activities, including dataflows, recipes, modeling, profiling, cleansing, partitioning, and dataset design.
Optimize analytics performance through scalable architecture, query improvements, reusable datasets, and best practices in dashboard development.
Monitor key performance indicators, identify trends and opportunities, and communicate findings through compelling data visualizations and presentations.
Stay current on Salesforce CRM Analytics and Tableau capabilities, recommending enhancements that improve reporting effectiveness and user adoption.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience working with Salesforce CRM Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce reporting, or related business intelligence and analytics platforms.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM Analytics, SAQL, SQL, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
Experience building effective dashboard and visualization solutions, managing large datasets, and translating data into meaningful business insights.
Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
Salesforce Tableau CRM & Einstein Discovery Consultant certification.
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or other business intelligence tools.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or related Salesforce products.
Experience with ETL tools, APIs, BigQuery, Google Analytics, and marketing attribution models.
Familiarity with CI/CD practices, GitHub, Azure Repos, and workflow management frameworks such as DBT.
Experience mentoring analysts, data engineers, or other technical team members.
