Introduction

The role involves working within a dynamic agile team in the Commercial Credit Technology organization. The successful candidate will contribute to current business objectives as planned and prioritized in PI Planning by the platform management team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex projects and make a significant impact.

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience on the Salesforce.com platform.
• Experience with Mule or ETL Integration with at least 3 to 4 integrations.
• Proven experience in handling a minimum of 3-4 implementations around sales and service cloud for large enterprises.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce technical platform including Apex, triggers, batch Apex, and Visualforce.
• At least one Salesforce certification (PD 1 preferred).

Preferred Skills & Qualifications 

• Understanding of Credit Underwriting Technologies.
• Knowledge of nCino.
• Experience on Lightning implementations.
• Experience working in a Safe Agile environment and onsite/offshore model.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities 

• Work with the onsite team to determine needs and apply/customize existing technology to meet those requirements.
• Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects.
• Document and report application specifics and create technical specifications and test plans.
• Provide weekend on-call support during application releases.
